Guest：Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Location: Very close to major landmarks. Staff: Extremely helpful and they speak great English, which made communication easy. Room: Very clean (great housekeeping) and included a washing machine, which was super convenient. Overall: Really enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.
Guest：Our new favorite hotel in Tokyo! The room was larger than average and had a washer/dryer in it so we could wash clothes during our two-week trip. It was spacious enough to lay out two suitcases to easily repack. It's within walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku, 2 metro lines, and several convenience stores/restaurants. There's drinks and food available in the lobby, and they have a scale to weigh your luggage before getting on your flight! The hotel does not have full cleaning services every day, though you can request new towels, and they will tidy up the room every 5 days or so. Some downsides: the pillows weren't super comfortable (though better than other hotels), the duvet cover was very slippery so the duvet wouldn't stay put, there were some small stains on the sheets, and noise from the street woke us up throughout the night. This is nothing that would deter me from staying here again though!

Guest：The room was alright.. they don't offer room cleaning, just towel changing throughout the stay. I am okay with that. We were supposed to stay 8 nights, but changed hotels after 3. The bathroom was giving off musky/moldy smell and it was old and dirty
